PhoneNow staff will never ask for your PIN, your sign-in code or your card details, by phone, chat, email or social media. If someone does, do not share it and report it to [email protected].

Where is my order?

Open the app and tap Orders to see live delivery status and your rider's details.

Can I withdraw my Wallet balance?

No. Wallet money is store credit. You can spend it on anything in the PhoneNow store, but it cannot be withdrawn, transferred or paid out to a bank account. See our Terms of Service.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. If you prefer, we can add the amount to your PhoneNow Wallet instead.
